Metal Rods and Tube Spacers
#1 Unpack the light trap vanes keeping them in the same order as packed.

#2 Place a cap nut firmly on the end of each rod. ( use a nut driver to hammer on the cap nuts)

#3 Stand rods upright with cap nuts on the bottom and place one vane onto all rods.

#4 Place one tube spacer on each of the rods. Place another vane on top of the spacers. Note- ( 3/4"Spacer for Max-Flow and High Efficiency, 1-1/2" spacers for Standard Black Air and Brown Out units)

#5 Continue step #4

#6 When all vanes are used secure a cap nut firmly on the ends of each rod. ( A 3/8" spacer may be needed on top.)

#7 Turn the assembled Light Trap so the vanes are vertical, then install. Rods are the correct length and require no cutting.

#1 Unpack the light trap vanes keeping them in the same order as packed.

#2 Begin with a starter spacer, placing one vane on the starter.

#3 Place a full spacer on the top of the starter and tap with hammer untill secure.

#4 Repeat step #3 untill reaching desired length.
(When using the new spacers you have the option to build one unit as long as you need it, so a false wall for example can be made as one section.)

#5 End the unit with an end spacer.

#6 Turn the assembled Light Trap so the vanes are vertical, then install.
