In order for Continuous Framing to be installed it is neccesary to first place a 2"X 10" flat across the bottom,and a 2" X 4" for the top and sides.
Mount braces on 2" x 10" with one brace centered and the others evenly spaced. The two end braces should be 4" from each side which will allow the side panels to connect.
Place the bottom panel on the braces and secure to wall. ( Note - if making a continuous section the braces should be placed every 2-1/2 feet with every other brace being shared by the bottom panels.)
Place Black-Out / Brown-Out unit evenly on the bottom panel.
Place the top panel on the BO/ BO unit and secure to wall.
Place both side panels over the edges of the top and bottom panels and secure.
The rough opening will be 2" less than the size light trap that is being used.
(EX. 60" Light Trap = 58" opening.)
